Hello, To add more info. I've been trying to restore a backup of my databases that was done by plesk's administrator. The fact is that I cannot to restore the backup as It was made by plesk's administrators. I attached a snapshot of the backup manager screen. Thanks, Josep M

Yes, I did. But I don't how to access my databases from plesk panel control. I understood that my account has been moved to new servers and I have got the new IP adresses by email, but I don't know how to use this IP to access to my databases from plesk. Thank you.
