[Solved] URL change

Greetings admin,

I used to have domain/url as: citis.heliohost.org. However after returning and recreating my username: citis with a small donation, I have been assigned a domain/url as: citis.helioho.st. If possible, I would like my original domain/url as: citis.heliohost.org. If so, please let me know as soon as you can.

Domains ending in heliohost.org are no longer available to end users (they've been limited to staff since I believe 2021 or 2022). 

This change was made because hacked and abusive user accounts sharing the same domain as our website had a tendency to get the entire organization blocked. Many companies don't understand that the content of the subdomains under our domains doesn't belong to us, and at one point the entirety of heliohost.org got banned from Facebook for several years because someone set up a phishing site on a something.heliohost.org subdomain.

How sad that someone would do that! However, is it possible to get a domain/url: citis.heliohost.us? If so, I would certainly appreciate that. Please let me know soon.

I've now changed the main domain on your account to citis.heliohost.us. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for your new domain to fully work. If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache.
