Hello, In case I miss your email confirming my migration back to 'tommy' (from ricky) -- is there a way to check if I have been migrated? Also, when migrated -- is 'ricky' automatically disabled? Thanks.

Greetings -- tommy transfer questions: 1. Would we login into tommy with the credentials that we had before the crash? 2. If you created a temporary 'ricky' account, you had to choose a different user/domain id -- so, when you transfer it to tommy would the userid/domain revert back to what we had on tommy before the crash? thanks

I came across somewhere that Tomcat may also be upgraded to version 9. (as the current version 8 is quite old)!. So it seems that an official 1 page summary status PAGE will help cool the rumor mills and help peoples' expectations, and hopefully prepare them for things to come. ... Thanks again.

What softwares are being considered for upgrade in the very near future? -- such as, Tomcat version, etc? 3. T minus (count down) to boarding -- or any other guidance for returning folks. -- this will really help everyone to quickly know the status, without having to view/search various topics, chat, etc. It may also answer many of the questions, being asked & re-asked by many. The system forced me to use a domain that is different from the one I had on Tommy. New domain: citis, Previous domain: citisnet. I would like to retain my previous domain at Tommy when he comes back. Please let me know, what I need to do.

I am on Tommy - So when I try to attempt to create a temporary account (on Johnny) -- it says, something like below -- does not allow me to any option to create an account! The server that you picked is currently down for extended maintenance. If you require your website to be online as soon as possible we recommend downloading your backup and then creating a new account on Ricky or Johnny. Now, if you were on tommy and do not do anythings (such as creating/moving account to other servers, such as, ricky etc.) -- Would the userid, password and home directories be restored on Tommy (as best as you can)?, and Would the account expiry period (due to inactivity) be extended on Tommy? Or ... do we all have to re-request new logins on Tommy, with the same or different domains? Thanks.

I agree. Just pointing the tommy ip to another server that simply delivers a simple 'crash status' message to all requests will do it! Thanks.

Many thanks to you -- I believe, you guys provide a wonderful service. And when a system unexpected crashes, it is certainly not pleasant for many. Just a suggestion: I was wondering if it's not possible to redirect, at least all the simple websites (that are at the crashed system) to another server with a simple 'crash message', so that all are informed without having to discover the system crash. I realize that this may not satisfy many people (due to the numerous varied ways people develop their system), it however might be a better public relations approach. Thanks!
