[Solved] Custom Domain Setup Help

Hi HelioHost team,

I’m currently using the free tier and would like to use HelioHost as my email host for my custom domain.

Could you please add the following domain to my account?

- HelioHost username: joyusecommerce
- Domain name: yieldandco.com  
- Purpose: Email hosting only (no website hosting)

This is for a startup project. We’ll be using Bitrix24 to get our website up and running quickly, and it will also serve as our CRM platform. I’ll be managing DNS through Porkbun and will point the necessary MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to HelioHost once the domain is added.

Please let me know the correct MX record and any other DNS values I should use to ensure proper email delivery and authentication.

I'm not sure that we support adding domains for email only. For DKIM, an administrator will need to configure that, so I'll escalate your thread so they can comment.

The domain has been added. Here are the DNS records we would use for DKIM, SPF, and DMARC if you were using our nameservers. You can copy them over to your external DNS if you want.

If you want emails to this domain to be delivered to your Johnny account you'll also need to set your MX record to johnny.heliohost.org. If you'd like to use webmail on Johnny you can enable that through Plesk, and then it should start working after the next Apache restart.
