  1. Thanks for your time. I’ve secured the mail layer via Plesk and fully reissued the SSL certificate for yieldandco.com. During the reissue, I made sure to check all available boxes—including coverage for both webmail and mail services—to ensure complete domain-level protection. Despite that, the issue persists due to a mismatch between the certificate domain and the server hostname. The certificate is valid for yieldandco.com, but the server is identifying itself as johnny.heliohost.org. This discrepancy is causing the CRM’s email integration to fail during SSL validation. It’s the same mismatch flagged in the SSL Labs report, which I’ve reviewed in detail—though the full output exceeds the attachment size limit. In the meantime, I’ve already initiated the nameserver change back to Porkbun—so I can route email independently. This allows me to begin propagation and make necessary changes today. I’d prefer to move email back to HelioHost once the SSL and routing issues are resolved, but I needed the propagation window to begin so I can keep things moving. To that end, I’d appreciate it if you could provide the necessary DNS details—such as the correct A record or IP address—so I can continue hosting the website on HelioHost while managing email routing externally. Also, could you confirm whether HelioHost supports SNI? If so, I’d like to understand how to configure the server to present the correct domain-specific certificate during the TLS handshake. That would likely resolve the mismatch and restore integration. Thanks again for your support—I’m happy to provide any additional logs or test results if helpful.

  3. Since I have attempted Hubspot, Zoho and Bitrix24 to allow access even using the hostname of johnny.heliohost.org to no avail, they all have an issue with the SSL not matching the domain name of yieldandco.com. With this limitation, I will need to house emails elsewhere. I have already changed the nameservers back to Porkbun. What DNS records will I need to incorporate to house just the website on HelioHost?
  4. The problem appears to be centered around the mail.yieldandco.com not getting the certificate, even when I reissue. The settings page does show that mail.yieldandco.com should be secure, but it's not being recognized when you attempt to go to that site.
  5. When I run the SSL Labs test it comes back with a "Warning: Inconsistent Server Configuration" message. Attached is the report. This could possibly be the problem. screencapture-ssllabs-ssltest-analyze-html-2025-08-27-11_20_50.pdf
  6. None of those appear to be the problem. What does the error logs say is happening?
  7. Same error message with trying to connect emails to my Hubspot CRM. I tried the settings with the exact details shown in Plesk, and then changed the two email lines to show johnny.heliohost.org instead of the domain name for the Incoming and Outgoing mail servers. Please help. Here's a few questions from Hubspot: 1) Does the server use "ActiveSync"? If so this could be the culprit. 2) What TLS is being used on the server? TLSv2 is not allowed. 3) Is Courier-IMAP the IMAP Software? 4) Is there any IP address blocking? Where we need to include Hubspot as authorized. Here's a link to the knowledge base with IP addresses that Hubspot may use: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/set-up-imap-settings-for-your-email-domain?hubs_content=knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/technical-requirements-for-connecting-your-inbox-to-hubspot-with-imap&hubs_content-cta=add-the-ip-addresses#view-list-of-ips-to-whitelist Thanks,
  8. The email that I'm trying to setup with Hubspot is for yieldandco.com. I have been able to access all the email accounts from webmail just fine. For some reason the IMAP/SMTP is not syncing up correctly. Here's the server settings: Outgoing mail server (requires authentication) yieldandco.com Incoming mail server yieldandco.com
  9. My username is joyusecommerce. I'm trying to connect Hubspot CRM to my email via IMAP/SMTP. Hubspot is getting an error that it can't set up the email with a server side error. I have triple checked the information, performed it twice, the third attempt I tried mail in front of the domain and it didn't work either. Please help, since I don't see a log for the actual error that is occurring. The settings that I have are 993 for IMAP and 465 for SMTP.
  10. If wildcards is not supported, how do we apply the SSL to landing pages, and other pages that are typically referenced as landingpage.mydomain.com. I assume the workaround is they need to be mydomain.com/landingpage.
  11. My username is joyusecommerce. I'm getting an error message when tryin to add the add the SSL to incorporate the wildcard and mail/webmail. It claims the dns records need to be altered to allow "DNS zone contains an AAAA record, but the domain is not assigned an IPv6 address in Plesk". Please help resolve this issue.
  12. Do you have any other CMS platforms that you would recommend instead? It will be a fairly basic website. We are a service provider not an ECom store.
  13. Thanks for getting the domain added. We have actually made the decision to house both emails and website at heliohost. To get up and running quickly we will use wordpress, which I believe has a quick install ability with softaculous. So i will just populate the ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. Wanting to make sure to let you know if you need to change anything on your end. Thanks.
  14. Hi HelioHost team, I’m currently using the free tier and would like to use HelioHost as my email host for my custom domain. Could you please add the following domain to my account? - HelioHost username: joyusecommerce - Domain name: yieldandco.com - Purpose: Email hosting only (no website hosting) This is for a startup project. We’ll be using Bitrix24 to get our website up and running quickly, and it will also serve as our CRM platform. I’ll be managing DNS through Porkbun and will point the necessary MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to HelioHost once the domain is added. Please let me know the correct MX record and any other DNS values I should use to ensure proper email delivery and authentication. Thanks so much for your help! Best, Joyce
