They're usually much longer than that. Are these the transaction IDs from Paypal itself (we can't use the ones from your bank)?

Also, do you have the email address you used when donating? We should be able to find them that way

Thank you for the information. It appears you used a card directly on our site with a third party payment processor... I'll pass this along to someone who can investigate what happened to these transactions. 

In the meantime, I've sent you a Tommy invite so you can get started while you wait. If there's an issue with the payment that we need you to resolve, we'll let you know.

The other admin who investigates these sorts of issues is also the one who would handle refunds. He should be able to assist with that as well once he is online and takes a look at your case.

There are not transactions under your email address so we can't refund anything right now. Perhaps they will arrive in a few days?

The money back to my bank account. So i cant pay now.

Ok you can block my account. I have second account and there is ok.

If the money went back to your account, that makes me think your card declined. Is your card set up for international purchases? We've had many users say they can't donate and it was because their bank blocked international purchases.

We'll just delete the invite for now.

Also, you're actually not allowed to have more than one account anyway (unless the additional accounts are on Morty), so if this had worked, you probably would've gotten suspended for violating the terms of service. If you do want to buy another Tommy account, you'll need to either delete your existing account first, or if the other account is on Johnny you can move the Johnny account to Tommy.
