Attached is a picture of what happened.

Could you please provide the complete error message text or upload the screenshot to an image sharing site (like Imgur, for example) and send us the link to the screenshot? Another way to share a screenshot would be to create a forum account and make a post, where you could upload the image file to your post. However since forum accounts are created for new users on successful account creation anyway, I'd recommend trying the Imgur method first so we can see the screenshot. Once we have more information about the issue, we'll be happy to look into this further for you. Thanks!

Krydos Posted July 4, 2025 Posted July 4, 2025 I would also like to point out that free signups on the Johnny server have opened twice since you sent us the first email, so rather than trying, and failing, to send us an image you could have signed up twice by now. Signups 5 hours and 25 minutes ago were open for 17 seconds too so not even that hard to get an account.
