Good afternoon, morning, or evening. Sorry to bother you. I recently realized that my Helio Host account is suspended when I log into the administration panel and search for my page on Google: www.colegiosantoangel.helioho.st

My question is, why? Because they suspended it. I feel like it's a mistake. I need the page working and my account active because that page I have: www.colegiosantoangel.helioho.st. I have a system contract with a school in my region.

You were suspended because our Multiple Account Detection system thinks you made duplicate accounts. The first line of our Terms of Service says that users are only allowed 1 account on Tommy or Johnny. Is Brayan2005Β the account you wish to keep?

Yes, Brayan2005 is the one I want to keep, I have it with a www.colegiosantoangel.helioho.st And I think the duplicate accounts thing is a mistake, the only account I created was this one with my wife's to make this petition form, I actually need the Brayan2005 account I have it with school business in my region.

It's for multiple accounts again. Either you have 2 Plesk accounts, or someone else is using the same network/PC as you to access an account with us.

Do you know who else might be using our services from the same network/PC (family members are a common cause, as are accessing it from places like a school network)? If so, what are their usernames?

(Note that your forum account doesn't matter, it's the Plesk account that you cannot have more than one of).

The truth is, I am the only one who accesses the Brayan2005 account, no one else, and I do not have any other accounts apart from those with the email brayancortesleyton@gmail.com, from there I admit that I access the account Through different networks such as the school cafeteria or in some cases PC of the same student entity, but the truth is I would believe that these security suspensions affectΒ  the user experienceΒ

It's not multiple people signing into the same account. It's multiple accounts being signed into by what appears to be the same person.Β

Odds are since you mention you're doing this at school, someone else at your school also has an account and it's causing this. I'll just exclude your account from this detection because of the shared network. If these are being used for educational purposes and other students also want to have one, they're welcome to contact us or sign up with a school-provided email address and we can also exclude them.

Also, i agree that these multiple accounts suspensions are annoying and cause a poor experience (and quite frankly I hate dealing with them), but we also don't have the server capacity to allow people to have more than one account and still have decent uptime. It's not fair to turn away people who have 0 accounts because other people Took more than their fair share of resources by having more than 1.
