Hello,

My account was suspended, although I think I logged in at least once at month to keep the account active.

  • Username: raqbul
  • Server: johnny
  • Domain: bulnesabogada.es.eu.org

Maybe it was marked as duplicate (i.e. break terms of service), as I share another account (danval) that is accessed from the same network: two blogs of two people in my home, so same public IP.

The original post where I asked permisson to use these two accounts was this:

Both accounts have been recently reset to use the Plesk manager due to legacy issues with the old cPanel. Maybe this also reset this condition...

If this is the case, could you please unsuspend my account?

As MoneyBroz said above, it was due to high load, but I did check and can confirm these accounts have an exemption for 2 accounts, so the multiple account detection shouldn't flag on your account as long as you don't change the account usernames or create a third account.

Oh, this is a lot of CPU... and so strange, because I only have a Wordpress site and it doesn't get many visits. Anyway, I'll check this CPU consumption to see what I can do to prevent it from happening again. Thank you MoneyBroz!

Thanks for checking it wolstech. With the recent accounts reset, I wasn't sure if this could be a problem for suspending the account. Now I know it.

You got suspended again for load. I took a look and it's because your WP site is hacked, which is pretty typical for WP. The best solution to Wordpress is to not use Wordpress.

You'll need to start over to fix this. Please let me know when you're ready to correct the issue and we can either unsuspend your account and block the web access, or reset the account entirely.
