Hi Krydos
I logged in 2 days ago. Started from the email link, went to the login
page, logged in and left. Whatever I upload to my page I do by FTP. I do
not have many visitors but I pay for my site, am I missing something?

Krydos may have some additional input for you as to why this happened, but on our end your account shows a last login date of 2025-05-08. If you logged in 2 days ago, it did not register. Did you continue to Plesk after logging in?

I renewed your account for you, it should start working again in the next few minutes.

Also, if you want to be exempt from the activity requirement, you could switch to the Morty plan, which has a recurring minimum monthly fee of $1 in place of the 30-day login activity requirement (additional charges apply in the event of excessive resource use as well). As long as it remains paid, it will never suspend for inactivity or high load.

You guys deserve a little support. Can you switch me today Morty plan and
charge me for 12 months on the card that you have on file. Thank you

We don't have a card on file for you. PayPal probably has a card on file for you, but we don't have access to just charge that without you taking any action. You do have a VPS but the subscription can only bill you for $21.60 every 6 months like you agreed when you signed up.

If you go to https://heliohost.org/dashboard/move/ and click the Morty prepay link you can move your account yourself though. If you can't get that to work we could send you a payment link, and then move you manually once the payment goes through.

The link you sent asks for a login, then takes me to Dashboard with no
option to move to Morty that I can understand. Please send me the link to
prepay Morty and move my account as you proposed.

Thanks for the payment. Your account is now being moved to Morty, and I gave you a $12 balance which should last you 12 months.
