[HH#957039] Request Remote MySQL Access for Railway

Dear HelioHost Support,

I'm using HelioHost to host a MySQL database:

- DB Host: tommy.heliohost.org
- DB Name: mochiimaz_guanbadmintonapp
- DB User: mochiimaz_mochiimaz

I would like to access this database from an external Node.js backend
hosted on Railway.

Please allow remote MySQL access or whitelist Railway IP ranges.

You should be able to grant Remote MySQL yourself in Plesk under the database user's properties (the remote access settings are at the bottom below the permissions). Are these options missing for you?

Only Postgres database remote access has to be configured by support.
