[Solved] Request for new addon domains to be added to my account

My account name is 'chrisohps'

This is a request to add the following domains to my account:

- 23bill.com

-cjburken.com

Domains added, they'll take effect in about two hours. You'll need to create A/AAAA records for each domain, pointing to Morty's IP address (or switch to HelioHost's nameservers).

Thanks for setting up these 2 domain names in such quick (I mean QUICK!) time...  Much appreciated!

To follow up, I am assuming it is the same process to add sub-domains...

Looking to have the following:

- taodgfu.cjburken.com     -> pointing to TAODGFU folder under cjburken.com

- app.23bill.com    -> pointing to 'public' (not public_html) folder under 23bill.com

I can add those subdomains as well, however unfortunately it's not possible for me to modify which directories they will correspond to.

That is fine.  Once they are setup, where do I go in the interface to adjust where they point to or load files?

I've added both subdomains for you, they should take effect in about 20 minutes. To the best of my knowledge, it's not possible to change where files are loaded from for a domain in Plesk.

Not sure if I am at the right section of the customer support to report this but just made a donation Transaction ID: 34611125JC9001140

Does my files automatically get back to Morty or do I have to request it?

I did receive the notification to increase my donation but it slipped my mind until now.

Duuuhhhh... just received the email about account moving to new server.  Guess that solves the above....  Suhorrrrry....

Yes, you are in the right section to ask for help with something like this. 🙂 I'm glad the question is solved, but just so you know for any next time and for the benefit of others who may search the forum for help if they encounter a similar issue: The one suggestion I'd have made here is that you could have made a new thread to ask for help with the transaction ID. This thread was marked as [Solved] back in May, and while my reply here proves we still do try to check all unread messages when we can 😅, a new thread to ask for help with the transaction ID for the server move would have a better chance at standing out.

We also have some details in our Wiki about Account Moves that may come in handy, for anyone else who spots this thread curious about the automated process or the timeframe for a move.
