Hi HelioHost team,

I recently created an account and selected the Tommy server during signup. However, my control panel appears to be Plesk instead of cPanel.

I?m hoping to build a Python-based application (using FastAPI), and I believe cPanel is required for the ?Setup Python App? feature to work.

Is there any way I could fix this on my end, or would it be possible to switch my account over to the cPanel-based Tommy environment?

We haven't offered cPanel since July 2021.

Python runs on our Plesk servers, there's just no user interface for it. I would suggest taking a look at our Wiki tutorial on Python here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Python_Tutorial
