KazVee Posted March 24, 2025 Posted March 24, 2025 It looks like the account was already created with the first email used to make payment, so if you want the second email address on the account instead, you can change this yourself inside Plesk. Once you login at https://heliohost.org/ please go to: Plesk > click on your Username at the top right > Edit Profile > External email address > Apply & OK You should then see a green banner success message of "Information: Profile was updated.". Please note that the change can take about an hour or so to be reflected on the site. I hope this helps but please let us know if you need help with anything else.
