HelioHost Posted March 2, 2025 Posted March 2, 2025 Username: astron, Server: Johnny, Main domain: astron.heliohost.orgYes, I'm just asking out of curiosity, is Johnny's server down or is it down just for me? Anyway, there's been no connection for quite a few hours now. No ftp, no sftp, no https. Thanks. astron.heliohost.org
Krydos Posted March 2, 2025 Posted March 2, 2025 It looks like you got blocked in the firewall for using the wrong username or password for SFTP too many times. I unblocked you, but if you continue to try to login with the wrong credentials it will just block you again.
Krydos Posted March 2, 2025 Posted March 2, 2025 If you're curious if a server is down for everyone, or just you, you can check our status page https://status.heliohost.org
neptunus Posted March 2, 2025 Posted March 2, 2025 It's not possible, I was logged in there much earlier when the connection was lost. And I was able to log in first attempt, had no problems. Even was no need to try more.

Krydos Posted March 2, 2025 Posted March 2, 2025 You're right though, "password check failed for user (astron)" means you're using the right password. 1
