[HH#630401] account creation problem after payment

Hello.
I have just paid for? 1 year subscription to Morty, transaction ID is?15M6493394759425D.
Amount paid was ?8.38?GBP.
I think my account hasn't been created, maybe because I used the same e-mail address for free hosting.
Could you, please, help me fix this problem?
The e-mail address used for registration is the same as the one I am using to send this message.

Users cannot have more than one account. The second account didn't create intentionally to prevent you from violating the terms of service. If this was meant to be a move for the existing account, you used the wrong link (this is a common mistake).

Do you want me to move the existing Tommy account to Morty?

I did delete the account on Tommy earlier today.

I still get the account creation error even though I did delete the Tommy account earlier today.
Could you, please, create an account using this email address and the username lohit?

The reason the username lohit wasn't available is because someone used it back in 2011. Since they haven't logged in since 2011 I went ahead and changed their username to lohit2 so you can use lohit.

I finished the account creation for you, but you'll need to reset your password before you can login. I just sent you an email to do so. Click the link in the other email to select a new password. Let us know if you need help with anything else, and thanks for purchasing our Morty plan.
