Krydos Posted February 4, 2025 Posted February 4, 2025 It looks like you sent this email at 8:43pm, and the VPS finished building automatically and emailed you at 8:54pm. If you didn't receive the email about the VPS build finishing please check your spam box and promotion tab. If you still can't find the email or login to your dashboard let us know.

I see your VPS account on the system, you should have received an email with your VPS login details. Sometimes people like to have a free control panel installed too, so if you want Hestia or KeyHelp installed, please let us know. (You can also install these yourself, if you prefer). If you did not receive the email with your VPS details please doublecheck your spam folder and let us know, we can resend the info. Many thanks,
Krydos Posted February 4, 2025 Posted February 4, 2025 One thing I noticed that can cause confusion for some people is you used the same email address for the Tommy account and the VPS. That means if you go to https://heliohost.org and login with your email address you'll get the Tommy account. If you use the username robertiii you'll get the VPS. If you use the username robertrpickettii you'll get the Tommy account. Hopefully that helps.
