[Solved] Requesting Account deletion

Hi,

I enjoyed several years of the free heliohosting, but I recently purchased a paid plan.

Now I want to free the disk space for the other users. 

Therefore, please delete my account with all its data, I've already downloaded all my data today.

The email address of this forum account doesn't match the any of the email addresses on our hosting accounts. In order to prevent people from pretending to be others and deleting accounts, we need to confirm your identity first. It looks like you have 2 forum accounts, so it's the other one you need to post from, please. 

Or you could email your deletion request to 'support@heliohost.org' from the email address associated with your hosting account. If you forget what that is, please login to Plesk and at the top right, click on your Username and go to: Edit Profile > My Profile > General > External email address

Thank you for the hint, I didn't remember to have two helionet accounts and obviously reseted the wrong password. Sorry for the inconvenience. 

Please delete the account associated to this accounts mail address.

It's no trouble at all, thanks for understanding why we need to verify identity. Your hosting account has now been deleted.

If you also want your forum account(s) deleted, please let us know. I guess you could add posts from each one to this thread, and we can escalate to get the forum accounts deleted too, if you wish.
