Could you check my account to see if the SSL is working? I got an email
saying that the let's encrypt couldn't be issued or something.

Most SSL issues are resolved by reissuing the certificate (if it's expired or invalid), or by unassigning and reassigning the certificate (if it's still valid). We have more details on our how-to page here that you can follow: https://wiki.helionet.org/common-errors/ssl-certificate
