To move your Johnny account over to the Tommy donor server, we offer a few options here: https://wiki.helionet.org/accounts/moving-your-account

The current estimated timescale is that in a week or two, there will be another announcement for when users can move their existing Tommy or Johnny accounts over to Morty. To monitor your CPU and memory usage, you can check your server resource usage graph here: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load/ 
Johnny and Tommy accounts are suspended if they exceed the usage limits. On Morty, instead of account suspension, you would just be charged for the excess load caused by your account, so it's still a good idea to keep an eye on the load dashboard.
