However, when I've tried to install NextCloud I received the following message at about 95% into installation: The installation package could not be found! I don't have access to see the timestamp for when you tried to install NextCloud, but if it was during the first 2 hours of your account being created, it could have given some unexpected results like this. It may also have been a temporary hiccup with the Softaculous installer. I just installed NextCloud (into a /nextcloud directory) on my own account to test it, and the install completed for me. The install progress bar slowed down a bit at the 95% mark, but after a couple of minutes, I eventually got a success message of `Congratulations, the software was installed successfully.` Could you please try to install NextCloud again and let us know if it fails a second time for you with the same (or a different) error message? I changed and tried again and it failed for the same php version issue. I came back a few hours later and it worked/installed correctly Issue resolved. Thank you! Krydos Posted November 16, 2024 Posted November 16, 2024 Like it says on basically every page of our wiki, most changes can take up to 2 hours to go through. For instance, changing your PHP version can take up to 2 hours to actually change.
