heliohostuzol Posted November 9 Posted November 9 (edited) Hey team, Good day. Would appreciate your assistance to add the following domain for me. mailzify.com Username isย heliohostuzol Thanks Edited November 10 by KazVee Removed [Solved] since user also requested email DNS 1
heliohostuzol Posted November 10 Author Posted November 10 Hey team / @wolstech, might I request that SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records be added to my account under the same domain. Domain: mailzify.com User: heliohostuzol Thanks!
KazVee Posted November 10 Posted November 10 Hello! Sinceย SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are a different request than adding a domain, next time could you please create a new thread for the new request? This will help us keep requests clear, help make sure they're not accidentally missed (since this one was already marked as [Solved]), and help us escalate them to the right level of admins. ๐ A root admin can set up the email DNS for you,ย I've escalated it for their attention and removed the [Solved] this time. 1
heliohostuzol Posted November 10 Author Posted November 10 Hi thereย @KazVee, Noted with and really appreciate your assistance in reopening the issue and escalating the ticket accordingly. I'll keep in mind to open a new ticket in the future if I ever come across a similar scenario. Thanks! 1
wolstech Posted November 11 Posted November 11 DKIM, SPF, and DMARC have been set up for the domain mailzify.com. We recommend sending a test email to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be. Please keep in mind also that we have a sending limit of 50 emails per day.ย 1
heliohostuzol Posted November 11 Author Posted November 11 Hi again, everything works as it should. Noted on the sending limit. Thanks for the swift and credible assistance. Have a good holidays and new year ahead. 1
