If you need a second reset, please let us know, but I'm not sure that's the case since it hasn't been that long since the first reset. 

Just to clarify the account reset process: We need to check the identity of anyone asking for an account reset, to make sure it's really the account holder asking for the reset, and not someone pretending just to reset and destroy someone else's account. There are 2 ways we can confirm the identity of an account holder: 1) By having them send an email from the email address associated with their hosting account or 2) If they make a forum post from a forum account that has the same email on it as on their hosting account. Apologies if this was not made clear to you. If you ever need a reset again you don't need to post and email, you only need to do one of those things, and that'll enable us to confirm the request is genuinely from the account holder.
