wolstech Posted October 10, 2024 Posted October 10, 2024 What exactly is broken? The only domain on your account seems to respond and produce a JSON formatted time stamp. If your issue is a timeout or connection refused error, please send us your public IP address so we can check if you're blocked in the firewall. That said, your account was moved to the new Tommy server on September 26 as part of a server replacement. Numerous emails were sent regarding this, including two when the move began and completed for your specific account. The new server both uses new IP addresses, and does not support the same software as the old one (notably, Python versions have changed, all Python modules that had been requested on old Tommy were removed and need requesting again if still needed, PHP <5.6 is no longer supported, and most other components were updated). The emails as well as multiple News posts described many of these changes so users could complete their migration. If any of the described changes apply to you, please review the documentation and News section to ensure relevant changes have been made to your code.
