HelioHost Posted August 17, 2024 Posted August 17, 2024 Username: doctypehtml5, Server: Johnny, Main domain: centauri.helioho.stHello! I am a Johnny user and after maintenance related?to hard drive corruption?from a DDoS attack, I wanted?to restore my website from a backup saved on my computer. But when I try to upload them to Plesk Backup Manager, I get an error message, the?screenshot of which I have attached below. Can you help me with this problem, please? I?made two backups before this?maintenance and neither?uploaded?successfully. So I don?t think all of?them can be damaged.
doctypehtml5 Posted August 17, 2024 Posted August 17, 2024 Here is my screenshot. I'm sorry for the "?" in some places instead of spaces, most likely this is an encoding error
wolstech Posted August 17, 2024 Posted August 17, 2024 We don’t support the automated restoration of user supplied backup archives. They have to be unpacked and manually restored. Instructions can be found here: https://wiki.helionet.org/tutorials/plesk/account-backups
doctypehtml5 Posted August 17, 2024 Posted August 17, 2024 Thank you very much! I previously tried to extract the .tzst backup file, but received an error. It turns out I just needed to update my 7zip, the link to the required version of which I found from these inctructions. Thanks again 1
