We understand that once you get your website perfected there is little reason to view your control panel anymore, but if we didn't have a way of determing which accounts were abandoned our servers would quickly become even more overloaded than they already are.

For some reason the first line of the message quoting my user name and server name reads "Server: Johnny"

As far as I remember I was on Tommy!

Maybe that explains why I can't sign in anymore?

Thanks, I was able to reset my pw and sign in.
Now I have another issue that may not be related, I have been getting an

Error code 523

on my sites hosted here. I don't know if it has anything to do with the Plesk cert update, but the sites have been unreachable for a couple of weeks now.

Check the A records for your domain in your Cloudflare account. The IP address of the server has changed and you probably need to update them. The new IP address can be found in Plesk.

Yes, it was the new ip indeed. I already changed it back when you installed Plesk, I had no clue it changed again.
Thanks

If you use our nameservers (ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org), the A record and everything will be updated for you. If you use external DNS, such as Cloudflare, you have to update them manually.

Thank you, I did change the A record on Cloudflare and all is back and working. The bad news is I was prompted to re-update the wordpress modules that got outdated, I did that and it worked and looked fine yesterday, but today after login into my plesk page I get this:
Warning: Subscription was suspended. All your sites are not available.
I figure I have reached the 1000mb limit after the last update and need to remove the broken wordpress install and dupe backups.
Problem is I can't delete anything since I can't access the files anymore as I'm suspended; and I can't connect via ftp since I had to reset my password yesterday.
Is there a workaround so could at least connect with ftp and clean up my mess?
Regards

I unsuspended you and deleted a single 28mb backup in the Softaculous backups folder to get you below the 1000mb limit. Please finish cleaning it up as soon as possible.

if for some reason you need this backup, it can be retrieved from the archive available at https://heliohost.org/backup/
