HelioHost Posted June 20, 2024 Posted June 20, 2024 Username: jessenchayadi17, Server: Tommy, Main domain: cuanin.helioho.sthello, i keep getting instantly logout after i logged in into the plesk dashboard, from what i've read in the plesk forum, it said because of this "Normally the "immediate logout" occurs after login, not after creating a mailbox, and it is caused by an IP address change on the client side. It can be fixed by a setting in "Tools & Settings" > "Security" > "Session Idle Time": Check "Allow IP address changes during a single session". I've not yet heard anywhere that this can be related to the creation of a mailbox, so maybe the advice helps, maybe not. It's at least a strange symptom in this case." so i tried to look for the tools & settings option, but there is not available, and i look for it, but the answer is, i need to have an admin account, so can you give me the admin account or fix this bug/error? wolstech Posted June 20, 2024 Posted June 20, 2024 The typical solution for the moment is to use a VPN or a different internet connection so your IP doesn't change so quickly. I do agree though that we should just remove this restriction...this is a common complaint.

wolstech Posted June 20, 2024 Posted June 20, 2024 The support email does not accept pictures. Please describe the error, or upload the picture to something like Imgur and send us a link. As for the issue with the IP changes logging you out, try that again as well without a VPN. We turned the option you mentioned on this morning in response to your email so it may be fixed.

MoneyBroz Posted June 21, 2024 Posted June 21, 2024 SSH access is disabled for security reasons. If you need it then you would have to get a VPS.

wolstech Posted June 21, 2024 Posted June 21, 2024 You can upload the files via SFTP, it's just the terminal that's disabled. If you need to run artisan commands, I believe plesk has a tool for that if you register the laravel application with the toolkit it provides.
HelioHost Posted June 21, 2024 Author Posted June 21, 2024 hellow, can i delete a current laravel project in the laravel section to reset all my works, so i did delete the data in the httpdocs, i want to reset it to make the skeleton again, can i reset it? wolstech Posted June 21, 2024 Posted June 21, 2024 Not really. The laravel toolkit messes with a bunch of things internally on the domain. The only way we've found to fully remove/reset the Laravel toolkit is to reset the entire account, which just deletes your account and instantly reinvites you. Do you want me to do that?
HelioHost Posted June 21, 2024 Author Posted June 21, 2024 oh nevermind, i did it, but try my host https://cuanin.helioho.st/ its very unusable, it is very laggy On Fri, 21 Jun 2024 at 20:35, HelioHost Support wrote: > Not really. Krydos Posted June 21, 2024 Posted June 21, 2024 I recommend installing SSL on your domain. I was going to run a speed analysis on your site to give you some suggestions on how to improve it, but the analyzation tool won't even check your site without https.
HelioHost Posted June 21, 2024 Author Posted June 21, 2024 okay, i've already installed the SSL, can you please check it again, thank you On Sat, 22 Jun 2024 at 00:15, HelioHost Support wrote: > I recommend installing SSL on your domain. Krydos Posted June 22, 2024 Posted June 22, 2024 Fully loaded in 548ms and an A rating overall. Looks pretty good to me honestly. https://gtmetrix.com/reports/cuanin.helioho.st/9UJdgI6C/ If you want your page to load faster than 548ms you'll have to get a VPS which start at $4 per month. You can signup if you're interested here https://heliohost.org/vps/
