It appears you attempted to include a picture...the support email does not accept pictures or other attachments. Also, please keep in mind that turnaround on support requests can be upwards of 24 hours. We aren't staffed 24/7, and the people who do provide support are volunteers.

Since the picture was not deliverable and your domain works for me, can you please explain the issue you are experiencing?
