I want to change my domain with a custom domain, currently my main domain "
vivekpatelva.helioho.st" . I want to change this with "patelvivek.online"
and provide me with a nameservers also.

one more thing i want know there is any plan to update node version i want
minimum node version 20

That domain is working for me. If you're seeing that page still, please clear your cache.

Also that's cPanel which we don't use. It's browser cache from a different webhost that you were using.

If you're still seeing that cpanel suspended page, it's likely stale browser cache or DNS cache left over from your previous host.

Try another browser and/or internet connection (e.g. a cell phone on its data plan) and see if the issue persists.

Node 20+ isn't available on Johnny or Tommy, but will be available on Morty when that server is released.
