I have not seen a previous email, sorry. I am dealing with health issues and might have missed it.



Anyway, nothing has changed here! I know of no reason you cannot receive payment. Could you maybe try again? Let me know if it continues to fail. But I am not sure what to do about it.

Sorry to hear about your medical issues. Sometimes PayPal subscriptions just stop working and we recommend people just set up a new subscription. Once the new subscription is set up we can cancel the original one to make sure you don't get charged twice. Are you able to use this link?

Since you responded I powered your VPS back on while we try to figure out the payment issues. Hope you are back to 100% healthy soon.

I just entered two different accounts, one a debit account and one a credit
account and your system will not accept them. It is not me, I now have four
different accounts in paypal for heliohost.

Have you tried contacting PayPal or your bank to see why the transactions were declined. I know when I purchase things online sometimes my bank blocks the transaction. For instance, if HelioHost is located in Washington state and you're located in New York state the automated fraud prevention may think there is no way you're traveling on the other side of the country and block the transaction. This happens all the time for me and I just call my bank and tell them and they can make it go through.

Paypal and the bank has been paying you for quite a long time. I have added
two more accounts to paypal. If you cannot figure a way to get the money
then you will just have to shut me down. I can't do anything else to get you
the money.

I have had a subscription to an online service in Germany for 3 years, and every couple months they decline the payment and I have to call the bank to get them to not flag it as fraud. Since you're unwilling to call your bank it seems unlikely that it will start working again on its own.

If my bank had declined the payment for some reason they would have notified
me. I would guess it is a paypal issue. I will check with them.

I tried to log into PayPal and they have my wrong email address. Maybe they
have tried to contact me about payment to Heliohost? It will be an issue
trying to log in to that site. I will try later and see what is going on.

I was finally able to sign onto the account. They have stopped payment
because they cannot reach me. It is using the wrong closed email address. I
am unable to change it. So I have opened another paypal account with the
proper email and it should work. I need to know where to send the money then
I will attempt to set it up to pay you on a monthly basis.

Your link is trying to use the paypal account that does not work because of
the invalid email address. I tried to delete this account but could not
because it says there is a pending payment to you. I am not sure if you can
choose the account to use but if you can use the account with the email
wa2uet@gmail.com

Interesting...we may need to generate a new payment link if it won't let you change the account. 

I've passed this on in a staff channel and we'll let you know when we have an update.

One additional thing to try:

Can you try opening the payment link in an incognito window and see if it lets you specify an account?

When I open the link incognito on my end, I click paypal, then it asks for the email address of a paypal account to pay for your VPS. You should be able to enter the new paypal account email here and finish the payment process.
