hello i have problem win upload zip file and extract it give this error i
have relayed many files it is the same can you see it

You emailed at 3am. Most of our volunteers live in the US. Do you reply to many emails at 3am your time?

Your .zip file may be corrupt. Could you try creating a new .zip file and see if Plesk can extract that?

It is ok it was rar and I destract it and recompense it ro zip file and I
have trayed defrant files it is the same error win extracting the file

The system does not support RAR (or any other non .zip format.)

If you attached a picture of the new error, no we cannot see it as, by design, our support email system discards all attachments and embedded binary objects before posting.

I have told you that the file is original in rar I convart to zip file this
problem in many files not only one I have trayed it

I tested extracting a .zip file on Johnny and it worked fine for me. We could try resetting your account if you're certain your .zip file isn't corrupt.

Your subscription is suspended because you exceeded your disk space limit of 1000MB. (Please note that's in megabytes, accounts are slightly less than 1GB in size).

What do you want us to delete so you can be unsuspended?
