Shoot, I think my ticket came through with the wrong information, and I didn't double-check it.

I meant to have the `sigmazero13.heliohost.us` domain point to my VPS domain (`vps98.heliohost.us`).  Sorry for any confusion!

Nope. The .us was the one I set up for the VPS. You should be good.

The system automatically adds the ticket header based on the email you send from (and if they’re the same on both a VPS and Plesk, it will only show one of them), but we read the body anyway for details.
