vir Posted March 29 Share Posted March 29 Hi Admin, I am able to create and access mail via webmail but failed to access email with setting given from mail (attached image) app on iPhone, I don't see the option as suggested in following wiki,https://wiki.helionet.org/features/unlimited-email-accounts Also I find the notice at bottom of the image which says I do not have SSL enabled. I have SSL enabled for the domain but not for mail. I used free version. Do I need SPF and DKIM record added ? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
wolstech Posted March 30 Share Posted March 30 Try using johnny.heliohost.org as the incoming and outgoing mail server instead of your domain. SPF and DKIM are needed and if they are not set up, mail from your account won't deliver to others. I'll escalate that for Krydos to set up for you. We recommend sending a test email to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure everything is set up correctly. vir Posted April 1 Author Share Posted April 1 Thank you wolstech and Krydos, With changing the incoming and outgoing server to Johnny.heliohost.org worked for me.
