Am I allowed to create email addresses with my account? If so, how do I do

You can do that under the mail settings for your domain in Plesk.

Note that major email providers (and Gmail in particular) will not accept emails from such an address unless we set up SPF and DKIM for you, and even then it may end up in spam...

Can I have my account reset? I screwed something up and need to start from
scratch. Once that's done, is my username the same or can I have it
different.

Your account has been reset. Click the link in the email you just got sent to finish the reset process. You may change your username or leave it the same as before. It's up to you.
