Is there a way to change my username in plesk? Also, how do I change
my password, do I just use the password reset page?

Usernames cannot be changed without resetting your account.

Aymo is correct if you've forgotten your password, use this: https://heliohost.org/reset/ If you know your password and can log in, you can change it by clicking your username in Plesk in the upper right and editing your profile.
