The website was created by a former employee that is not contactable and we therefore don't have any way of accessing and editing. Then if you search for that IPv4 https://www.iplocation.net/search?q=102.211.28.148 You can see that it is owned by some company called DataKeepers, not us.
wolstech Posted January 11, 2024 Posted January 11, 2024 The Datakeepers company mentioned in the previous email looks to be a VPS and backup provider in South Africa. Their website is here: https://datakeepers.co.za/ Odds are your former employee has a VPS running there with the site hosted on it. It's possible that the VPS in question is being used for more than one website. If you're looking to move the website to somewhere you control, our Plesk shared hosting service should be suitable for this site (provided it does not run Wordpress, for that we'd recommend our VPS offering). Doing this would require you to have access to the domain registrar where the domain was purchased to update the DNS, and also either get a copy of the website files from the above provider (looks like your site is just an under construction message, so may not be worth the hassle), or build a new website on our service.
