HelioHost Posted December 21, 2023 Posted December 21, 2023 Username: N/A, Server: N/A, Main Domain: N/AHello, I have not been able to access my website the last weeks or so. Sometimes I can log in to the Plesk, but most of the time it times out. What can I do. Thank you so much! username: daniegusa website: swedishmissionaries.helioho.st Best regards, Daniel Gustafsson
OnEnemy Posted December 21, 2023 Posted December 21, 2023 Looks like space overuse. You are at 1078.98 MB of 1000 MB of space. Gonna have to wait for a root admin to handle this. Might need to delete logs, mail or empty the trash on your account.
wolstech Posted December 21, 2023 Posted December 21, 2023 Krydos will need to investigate this one. Plesk insists its 1078MB and recalculating doesn't affect it, but the account has no sql databases or mailboxes according to Plesk, and your home folder shows 280MB (with 231 of it being in ~/httpdocs/quotegetter/db, which looks like a flat file database and a sqlite database). I can't find the other 800MB. There's probably something I'm forgetting about... I don't see any logs worth deleting as they're tiny (and included in a home folder space count, that 280MB I mentioned includes logs).
Krydos Posted December 21, 2023 Posted December 21, 2023 You had like 50 incremental backups which were taking up almost 800 MB of your 1000 MB limit. You have to keep in mind that your backups count towards your total disk usage, and if you don't delete them occasionally you will get suspended eventually. You can also download the backups and keep them on your personal computer if you don't want to delete them. Can you login now?
HelioHost Posted December 22, 2023 Author Posted December 22, 2023 Hello, Thank you for this. I was not aware of the incremental backup. I will try to adjust that ASAP. Thank you for investigating this. I cannot access Plesk still though. Are you able to help me my deleting all the backup data? Perhaps this will help. Thank you very much! Krydos Posted December 22, 2023 Posted December 22, 2023 I already deleted the 800 MB of backups. I have sent you a password reset email to the email address that you created this account with. Keep in mind that it is not whatever email address you're sending these support requests from otherwise your username would have been posted on the first email. Let us know if you still can't login after resetting your password.
HelioHost Posted December 22, 2023 Author Posted December 22, 2023 Hello, Thank you. When trying to do the password reset it keeps saying: The connection has timed out An error occurred during a connection to tommy2.heliohost.org. Thank you for all your help! Krydos Posted December 22, 2023 Posted December 22, 2023 It sounds like you may have gotten blocked in the firewall. Can you go to https://heliohost.org/ip.php and then let us know the number that you see there?

wolstech Posted December 23, 2023 Posted December 23, 2023 Unblocked. It was for failed SSH/SFTP logins. Please check your credentials. SFTP is only supported using the Plesk username and password (not an email address or additional user). SSH access to a terminal is not allowed.
