MoneyBroz Posted December 10, 2023 Posted December 10, 2023 Are you sure that the certificate is installed for your domain? It's showing the Plesk Self-Signed certificate.
HelioHost Posted December 10, 2023 Author Posted December 10, 2023 Do I have more than 1 domain? All I saw is that in the SSL page. There I bought the $9 plan. Here is screenshot of email, Image Attached. On Sun, 10 Dec 2023, 12:56 pm HelioHost Support, wrote: > Are you sure that the certificate is installed for your domain? wolstech Posted December 10, 2023 Posted December 10, 2023 SSL is working on your domain already (though it is Lets Encrypt). We have no real experience with the paid offerings for SSL as Plesk's partners provides those, not us, and you're the first person we know of to ever actually buy one. You would need to reach out to PositiveSSL for assistance with this issue. Usually commercial CAs provide you with a certificate and key file you upload into Plesk and assign to your domain. Once you assign a certificate, it takes up to 2 hours for it to start working, and you may need to clear your cache as well once the 2 hours have passed.
HelioHost Posted December 10, 2023 Author Posted December 10, 2023 My developer fixed the problem so by the time you checked it was working. The developer said: "have to change urls from http to https and re zip them" and also he has to "change the urls in app zip file" to match the change. So please keep this information said so next time you get a customer asking for help you can tell him what is needed. But a developer is needed for this kind of thing. Krydos Posted December 12, 2023 Posted December 12, 2023 Also to answer your question about the domains, you're allowed to host up to ten domains on your one account. Let us know if you'd like to have another domain added.
