HelioHost Posted November 7, 2023 Posted November 7, 2023 Username: N/A, Server: N/A, Main Domain: N/AI apologize if the same email is repeated, because I have previously sent the same email from another email address, but it must not have arrived. Anyway, it's not listed in the relevant forum section, and I haven't received any other notice of its arrival. My username is astron, ie astron.heliohost.org. I have such a problem, I forgot the expiration date of the domain tehnokraat.tk and therefore the renewal. Now this domain is gone and I would like to replace it with a domain called mydigitallife.tk, which is hosted on the same server (freenom.com), so all the data is also the same as the previous one, i.e. tehnokraat.tk. Unfortunately I have forgotten if this data is enough to make this replacement and also if I should make any additional changes to the domain server. In short, I need to replace domain ?tehnokraat.tk to ?mydigitallife.tk, both are hosted on the same server and bought from the same reseller. I have already changed the domain nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org Thank you for your help.
OnEnemy Posted November 7, 2023 Posted November 7, 2023 Looks like mydigitallife.tk is already the main domain.
Krydos Posted November 7, 2023 Posted November 7, 2023 The domain tehnokraat.tk has been removed from your account and the domain mydigitallife.tk has been added. When you remove a domain most of the time the directory is deleted as well, so I made a full backup for you just in case you hadn't done so yourself recently. If you need it the full backup from immediately before the domain change can be downloaded from https://heliohost.org/backup/ Let us know if you need help with anything else.
OnEnemy Posted November 7, 2023 Posted November 7, 2023 Apologies, i meant the domain appears to already have been added.
neptunus Posted November 11, 2023 Posted November 11, 2023 @Krydos & @Talk Sick Thanks for the help, everything seems to be working. Yes, unfortunately it has also happened before that all emails, i.e. gmail, yahoo, hotmail, etc. are all blocked for some reason. Luckily I figured it out pretty quickly, but then it took me a while to figure out how to report my problem. Fortunately Roundcube Webmail worked and helped.
