Howdy,

I just logged in to reset my inactive window.

Your email reminds me of a question. I have somebody that is going to help
me with my plans for my site on Helio Host. Is there a way that I can
create a user account for them to access my account -- but not have the
same level or privileges that I have?

I actually have a second question. I saw in the FAQ that we can only have 1
"free" account, but I wasn't sure if that is old FAQ content. But if we
have a paid account (as I do) can we pay to have more than 1 account? I'd
like to have one for dev and testing, and then another for production.

Regards,
Glenn

You can add another user for your account in plesk and add custom privileges for that account as well. Idk the answer to the 2nd question, but i guess that you can because Morty will be able to handle more load than the other servers but it's just a guess, Krydos would give the best answer for that question.

You cannot have more than one Plesk account regardless of it being free or paid. You can have multiple VPS, and you can have a Lily account alongside a Plesk account (Lily is dependent on a Plesk account).

That said, as already mentioned you can add additional usernames to a single account through Plesk if you have other people helping you.

You can have up to 10 domains on your one Plesk account so why not make a testing domain like dev.yourdomain.com and a production domain like yourdomain.com? You don't need more than one account for that.
