I am getting this: Could not issue a Let's Encrypt SSL/TLS certificate for irishhaiku.com. Authorization for the domain failed.Details Invalid response from https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/authz-v3/249741725866. Details: Type: urn:ietf:params:acme:error:dns Status: 400 Detail: DNS problem: NXDOMAIN looking up TXT for _acme-challenge.irishhaiku.com - check that a DNS record exists for this domain Any chance that you can fix it? wolstech Posted July 28, 2023 Posted July 28, 2023 Uncheck the option in Plesk for wildcard certificate and try again. We don’t support wildcard certs at the moment.

Also, in which directory should I upload the files for this domain? I expected it to be public_html/okno.heliohost.us - but it doesn't seem to be working.

wolstech Posted July 28, 2023 Posted July 28, 2023 It's working for me. Either the DNS change hasn't propagated yet, or your computer, network, or ISP has a stale DNS cache somewhere that needs to expire before you'll see it. Just give it time.
