Hello Krydos and Heliohost,

Could you kindly create a subdomain *okno.heliohost.us
* for us?

Our account is *Irlhaiku*
server: tommy

Creating subdomains in CPanel was easy, but I just can't figure out how to
do it in Plesk. Sorry about the inconvenience, if any.

Many thanks in advance.

Also, as a result of this operation, my main site at irishhaiku.com seems to have lost its security certificate, although it works on the associated domain, shamrockhaiku.com.

I am getting this:

Could not issue a Let's Encrypt SSL/TLS certificate for irishhaiku.com. Authorization for the domain failed.

Details

Invalid response from https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/authz-v3/249741725866.

Details:

Type: urn:ietf:params:acme:error:dns

Status: 400

Detail: DNS problem: NXDOMAIN looking up TXT for _acme-challenge.irishhaiku.com - check that a DNS record exists for this domain

Any chance that you can fix it? Cheers.

Uncheck the option in Plesk for wildcard certificate and try again. We don’t support wildcard certs at the moment.

I see... Thanks for that, I've done just this.

The domain that Krydos created for me, okno.heliohost.us, is still not showing on the web. Also, in which directory should I upload the files for this domain? I expected it to be public_html/okno.heliohost.us - but it doesn't seem to be working.

Fixed. It wasn't working because of the recent DDoS.

okno.heliohost.us = public_html
irishhaiku.com = irishhaiku.com
shamrockhaiku.com = public_html/shamrockhaiku.com

On cPanel everything had to be inside public_html, but Plesk doesn't have that requirement and by default the domain name is the directory name.

It's working for me. Either the DNS change hasn't propagated yet, or your computer, network, or ISP has a stale DNS cache somewhere that needs to expire before you'll see it. Just give it time.
