Today, I was going to login again and was facing a message which asked me to check the Plesk transferring email. Unfortunately I have not gotten any kind of that email. wolstech Posted June 22, 2023 Posted June 22, 2023 Sent. Since you use Gmail, it will probably be in your spam folder. Also, since your old account was on Johnny, your invite is for an empty account. We deleted all of the old cPanel Johnny accounts without transferring them because the server got hacked, and the hacker had turned them all into phishing sites.
Krydos Posted June 22, 2023 Posted June 22, 2023 Your invite to try out Plesk was sent to you onĀ 2023-02-10. I have resent the invite. Make sure you check your spam box and your promotions tab. If it's in spam please mark it "not spam" so future emails get delivered to your inbox.

Unfortunately, after I clicked the invitation button, I got "Invalid code \n This validation code doesn't match any accounts in our system. It may have already been used, or if the code is more than 48 hours old it may have expired." May I get a new invitation code? wolstech Posted June 22, 2023 Posted June 22, 2023 Resent. The first one probably didn't work because two of us sent one to you at the same time. A given email address can only have one invite active at a time (sending a second voids the first one). Please look for one that was sent around the same time as this email and use that one.
