The reset page I entered moved me to helionet instead of heliohost.

Still failing the login.

A password reset link has been sent to you.

Since your email appears to be in Spanish or some similar language I should also mention that passwords must be English letters without accents. For instance e would work as a password, but an e with an accent mark on it would not work. Plesk will let you set a password with invalid characters, but then when you try to login using the correct password it will always say that it is invalid.

Let us know if you're still having trouble logging in after setting a new password.

Thank you. It worked now.

But I have a new problem. WHen trying to run a test website that calls a python script it fails.

At log I saw this message:
mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Warning: shell_exec() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/bemi.helioho.st/httpdocs/script.php on line 2, referer: http://65.19.141.77/plesk-site-preview/bemi.helioho.st/https/65.19.141.77/

Why is causing this? It is a simple php file and a hello world print inside python file.

Python must be run as a CGI script and not called from PHP.

We don't allow exec/shell_exec/proc_open and similar functions for security reasons.
