HelioHost Posted May 10, 2023 Posted May 10, 2023 Username: N/A, Server: N/A, Main Domain: N/AHi, I've been trying to log into my heliohost account with this same e-mail address and it shows a message (shown in the image below) referring to an e-mail to check, but I haven't received any email in days. I suspect the error you're seeing is a "ready to move to plesk" message though. If that's correct, what was your account's username?

Because I always used to just log in with my email address (which is this one I'm sending this email), it probably is "Luks_18" since that's what I generally use. Krydos Posted May 15, 2023 Posted May 15, 2023 It looks like you started this email thread on May 10th. On May 13th you created a Johnny account using this email address. I'm going to assume that this issue is resolved now. If you're still having problems logging in let us know.

If you're still seeing the ready for plesk message, let us know, and also try signing in at https://johnny.heliohost.org/ instead using luks18 as the username and whatever password you picked when you created the account on May 13.
