[Solved] Issue with Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender

Hello, I'm writing to report an issue with the web mail service. I sent an email to a recipient but received an error message stating "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender." I've double-checked the email address and it is correct. When I try to send a mail i get the following error. I have enabled ssl for both website and webmail.

I have also enabled DKIM spam protection system inside mail settings.

Could you please investigate this issue and provide a solution?

Hi @mrxdwolf,

Since you are using HelioHost nameservers, it is necessary that one of our root admins manually added the required DNS records for your email to authenticate with SPF and/or DKIM. Domains that do not have SPF and/or DKIM records are unauthenticated and thus rejected by some of the major email account providers such as Gmail.

I am escalating your support request to our root admins for fulfilling.
