I made a password projected directory with users but when i open the link to password projected directory it doesnt ask for login. it says Forbidden You don't have permission to access /pwprotectedfolder/ on this server. how do i make the password window pop up when i open this link ?

Hello, I'm writing to report an issue with the web mail service. I sent an email to a recipient but received an error message stating "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender." I've double-checked the email address and it is correct. When I try to send a mail i get the following error. I have enabled ssl for both website and webmail.
