I sent an email to a recipient but received an error message stating "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender." I've double-checked the email address and it is correct. When I try to send a mail i get the following error. I have enabled ssl for both website and webmail. I have also enabled DKIM spam protection system inside mail settings. Could you please investigate this issue and provide a solution? Thank you for your assistance.
Kairion Posted March 28, 2023 Posted March 28, 2023 Hi @mrxdwolf, Since you are using HelioHost nameservers, it is necessary that one of our root admins manually added the required DNS records for your email to authenticate with SPF and/or DKIM. Domains that do not have SPF and/or DKIM records are unauthenticated and thus rejected by some of the major email account providers such as Gmail. I am escalating your support request to our root admins for fulfilling. 1
Krydos Posted March 28, 2023 Posted March 28, 2023 SPF, DKIM, and DMARC have been set up on your niraj-stha.com.np domain. I recommend sending a test email to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure everything is set up correctly now. If the score is less than 10/10 link the report so we can fix any other issues that there may be. 1
