Hello,

I wanted to enter my Heliohost-site to make some changes, but it hasn't been transferred to Plesk.
It said: Your account is ready to transfer to Plesk. Please check your email and click the link in the email to indicate whether you're ready to move or if you'd like to wait a bit longer.

I cannot see any mail so I can't confirm the transfer. How do I make the transfer possible?

Your invite to transfer was originally sent back on 2022-11-18. I have resent it. Let us know if you still can't find it or have any problems transferring over.

It's registered under victorpf. Still can't get in, so please do resent the transfermessage, so I can accomplish the transfer to Plesk.

So, these invites are good for 7 days, which we think is more than enough time to check your email and click the link. You checked your email and tried to click the link 53 days later. Obviously the invite had been expired for quite a while. I can sit here and send invites to you for the next 6 months, but if you always take 53 days to check your email each time it's never going to work. You might be better off just going to https://heliohost.org/signup/ and signing up again if you take longer than 7 days to check your email this time. Free signups are open every day starting at midnight UTC and stay open sometimes as long as 4 hours.

Thnx for the reply. Normally I check my Mail almost everyday. But due to circumstances this time I couldn?t.
But I?ll try to find a new host on the link you gave. All Full or Not opend yet, but I?ll Watch it.
