HelioHost Posted March 12, 2023 Posted March 12, 2023 Username: scstv, Server: Tommy, Main domain: scstv.helioho.stHi, I had a site scs.heliohost.org in the old Tommy server, transferred to the Plesk server with a different domain name http://scstv.helioho.st/. And all the files from the old server are missing in the new server. How can I recover the files? And also is it possible to get back the original domain name scs.heliohost.org? Thanks!
wolstech Posted March 12, 2023 Posted March 12, 2023 The files can be downloaded from here: https://heliohost.org/backup/ The domain has been changed back to scs.heliohost.org and may take up to 2 hours to work. Note that FTP may also not work properly during the wait.
scstv Posted March 12, 2023 Posted March 12, 2023 I am trying to download the backup but nothing is getting downloaded when I clicked on the download link. Waited for 5 minutes but nothing downloaded.
wolstech Posted March 12, 2023 Posted March 12, 2023 Try copying and pasting the link into a new tab as opposed to clicking it. The link should download a .tar.gz file of your old account data.
