HelioHost Posted February 19, 2023 Posted February 19, 2023 Username: N/A, Server: N/A, Main Domain: N/AHello, I still Have not received email about transferring my site to Plesk. Can you help me?
wolstech Posted February 19, 2023 Posted February 19, 2023 Transfers are no longer available as the cpanel server has been retired. All transfer invites were sent weeks ago, and the deadline for using them was this past Thursday. The old server was retired yesterday. If you did not receive one, it likely either went to spam or you had unsubscribed from our emails and one was not sent. At this point, you will need to download your account's contents from here: https://heliohost.org/backup/ Then create a new account. We can send an invite for a replacement account if you wish, but it will be an empty account that you need to manually restore backups to. If you would like an invite for a replacement account, please let us know your old account's username, we'll send the email to the address used on your old account (this allows you to reuse your username).

wolstech Posted February 19, 2023 Posted February 19, 2023 An invite for a replacement Tommy account has been sent to you.
HelioHost Posted February 25, 2023 Author Posted February 25, 2023 Thank you. I tried to restore my old website, but I cannot create tables. I have managed to create a postgres user and database but there is no management tool whatsoever. I cannot find any help either. How can I edit databases? Is there phppgadmin? Krydos Posted February 25, 2023 Posted February 25, 2023 You can install PhpPgAdmin on your account if you want, but it's not included in Plesk. You can also request remote access and use the command line or some software on your home PC to manage your databases.

Krydos Posted February 26, 2023 Posted February 26, 2023 Here's some instructions. Basically just download the archive, extract it, and configure it. https://github.com/phppgadmin/phppgadmin/blob/master/INSTALL
